Why you'd want an image instead of text
Copy-paste glitch text depends on the receiving app supporting Unicode combining marks — most modern apps do, but some upload forms, older software, and certain graphic-design tools don't. A PNG sidesteps that entirely: it's a picture of the text, so it displays identically everywhere, at the cost of no longer being selectable or editable text.
