This uses the Unicode "Mathematical Script" character block — a genuine set of cursive-styled letters that exist as real, searchable, copy-pasteable text, not a picture of cursive writing. Two weights are available: a lighter script and a bolder script.
A handful of capital and lowercase letters (like script capital B or lowercase e) sit in a different, older Unicode block for historical reasons — this tool handles that automatically so every letter maps correctly.
